Expect contemporary takes on the classics, and modern European meets British, from first course to final mouthful. Enjoy champagne as the restaurant team shows you behind the scenes with your very own kitchen tour, and for budding master chefs, a signed copy of Marcus’ cookbook is perfect for recreating his hallmark recipes at home.

Then it’s just a hop, skip and lift ride up to your room or suite, for a decadent night’s sleep. The next morning, enjoy a different kind of toast with breakfast served in The Collins Room or The Berkeley Café – or in bed, for a truly delicious ‘duvet day’.
